  “I just purchased a home from them everything went real well The home is beautiful. Bobby couldn't have been more professional, he immediately answered all my questions and phone calls and followed through with everything. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Kemp. Clayton Homes lied,took my deposit then informed me the home was $6500.00 more than the purchase agreement I had signed and the options they said came with the home were also an additional cost. It was a nightmare from the beginning and still is as I'm persuing them in court. I wish I would have went to American Homes to begin with. You can't get better service. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND THEM. Don't make the same mistake I did with Clayton. I promise you will be sorry.”

  “After working with ExperienceOne for over a year on our home I can tell you from exhausting experience these people are not to be trusted. They have a horrible excuse for customer service, poor attention to detail and like to hide behind binding arbitration clauses to prevent homebuyers from seeking actual justice as a result of their poor workmanship.”

  “I ordered one 40ft unit from M3 and I spoke with a Sales person Jack Dawson..great guy helped me to place my container the way i requested..my drive was too small to get a 40ft but Jack requested the truker to go with a Small truck so that the unit is placed and delivered on time , I recommend using m3 Containers & Speak with Jack..he is a great guy. - Debra”
